A3 Update: 5 October 2025
Read about my trip to Niagara Falls in this week’s update.
As I was going live with Annie All Around, we transitioned into fall; technically, anyway. It’s still in the 90s here in Austin, TX, and based on the forecast, will remain that way for a bit. I really hope the forecast is wrong, because I’m long past ready for crisp fall mornings. Overall, summer was mild here by our standards, I guess the slow-walk into fall is the price we pay.
Overall, fall is a great time to be in Central Texas, and there is a lot to do for Texans ready for a cool down. For me, the fun fall activities are going to wait until it cools down enough to make fall activities feel fall-like. But once I can break out the long sleeves, I’ll see if I can select a few worthy of my traveling community.
It did get me thinking about how I will handle updates as we approach the holidays. Last year, I decided to gift my young nephew and niece experiences for Christmas instead of getting them more stuff they don’t need. This went very well, and I look forward to telling you more about them in November; maybe you’ll be inspired to do the same.
There is a lot of holiday fun here in Texas the next few months, though the content will be Texas-centric as I have no plans to hit the road.
Success of the Week
I finally figured out how to work email campaigns in Squarespace, the Annie All Around web provider. This will allow me to send automatic emails when people sign up, as well as effectively reach subscribers with updates.

Niagara Falls
This week, learn more about my day at Niagara Falls with my cousin. This was a highlight of my 2025 summer road trip. We started the day on a group tour, then decided to go back on our own; we did so much that day that I decided to present this visit in two parts:
Niagara Falls (Part One): By Tour
Niagara Falls (Part Two): Exploring on Our Own
Future Updates
Moving forward, I plan on making weekly updates. This will keep fresh content coming at a reasonable cadence, while giving me time to build a business and figure out what to do with my life.
By design, I plan on keeping my content updates geographically and chronologically random to keep them from being too concentrated in one place or time. This will allow me to be more flexible and write when inspired.
If you would like to see content based on a destination you love, please contact me:
If I have been there, I can insert or move it up my content update plans.
If not, then it’s now a bucket list item!
If you haven’t already, I would be grateful if you signed up for the weekly emails with the latest A3 News.
Warm Regards, Annie
